Product Description:
- Pulp Molding Integrative Laboratory Machine is a combined machine independently developed by Nanya company.
- The machine integrates the functions of pulping, forming and drying processes, and is equipped with vacuum and air compressor devices.
- In structure, it is composed of a frame, a main engine, an electric box and accessories and integrates mechanical, electrical and pneumatic functions, which enables the basic production of pulp mold products in one machine.
- This machine has the characteristics of compact structure, small occupation area, simple and convenient operation. It is an ideal equipment for sample making, laboratory and teaching.

How the Machine Works:
Pulping System: Turn clean virgin paper into pulp of certain consistency. Main equipment: hydrapulper, pulp tanks, water tank, pulp pump, water pump, agitator, etc.
Forming and Drying System: When adjusting the pulp consistency, the pulp will go to the forming machine. Products will be formed on the moulds. Then needs labor to transfer products on heating hot press moulds.
Vacuum System: Supply vacuum for forming machine.
Air Compressor System: Supply compressed air for forming machine.
Cutting System(Edge Trimming Machine): Cutting the extra edges of products, to get more compact and neat edge.
Disinfect System: UV or microwave disfect, then go to package.
